The Director of OEM Account Management is responsible for managing the relationship between the OEM and/or a managed services provider (MSP; e.g. Shift Digital, Ford Direct, Internet Brands, etc…) managing a dealership program on behalf of an OEM and DealerOn. This role will execute customer-facing program and product initiatives while supporting initiatives that improve DealerOn market share, pricing, and terms within assigned OEM(s), MSP, and key dealership customer satisfaction, and profit margin by OEM program.
This individual will contribute to the development of account strategies including messaging, positioning, services definition, pricing, and negotiation of key program terms and conditions. This individual will maintain an in-depth understanding of DealerOn products and services, as well as the latest trends in emerging media and digital channels.
