Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized and ambitious person to join our Customer Support Team. The Customer Success Manager’s (CSM) overall responsibility is to build, maintain and grow our customer relationships by being their industry expert.  DealerOn takes pride in our customers’ successes, and it is our goal to provide them with a seamless and enjoyable experiences. We’re hoping to find good, hard-working people so we can continue to improve the support we provide our customers.  This position is located in Grand Rapids, Michigan.  It requires 25% of overnight travel.

Essential Functions:

  • Work with customers to review their digital performance
  • Provide optimization recommendations to improve all aspects of the customers’ websites
  • Perform basic website edits
  • Ensure strategy and customer’s KPIs are communicated, understood and implemented by cross-functional teams
  • Understand the customers’ business goals to anticipate future needs
  • Prioritize and improve resolution on escalated customer issues
  • Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, tracking the status of each project, and updating all stakeholders
  • Assist business leads in driving client retention and identifying business growth opportunities

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High School Diploma/equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams in a highly complex, always changing environment
  • Professional experience in SalesForce or other Force.com platforms

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics and Content Management Systems is helpful, but not required
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred
  • Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands
  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems
  • Understanding of digital marketing is preferred
