JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Junior Inventory Specialist is responsible for the on-boarding and maintenance of all DealerOn’s customer inventory. The inventory team works side by side with development while assisting with more complex inventory configurations for current clients. As the Junior Inventory Specialist you will be tasked with the responsibility of completing the tickets assigned to you during the day via JIRA. As a Junior Inventory Specialist you will also be tasked with special projects to complete alongside your daily tickets. This is an entry-level position and is located in our Headquarters office (Rockville, MD).

Essential Functions:

  • Develop a working knowledge of our core systems, processes, applications and DQL (DealerOn Query Language).
  • Inventory Feed Setup (Homenet, Vauto, etc).
  • Configuring Lots.
  • Exports data to various third party sources.
  • Investigation and troubleshooting (pricing, missing vehicles, photos).
  • Attending all necessary meetings and trainings.
  • Facilitating open lines of communication to, and within, the team.
  • Identify and resolve customer requests promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure quality of work meets company’s standards.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum one year of office or customer-facing work experience.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Strong data management skills.
  • Demonstrate strong business to business communication.
  • Professional, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong working knowledge of the Internet, computer systems and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel and Outlook).

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Hands on experience with CRM systems.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks that change frequently and manage unexpected demands.
