Job Description:

The OEM & Partner Programs Specialist is responsible for prioritizing incoming OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) program integrations, building and maintaining relationships with our OEM partners and providing superior customer service. This is an entry-level position, located in the Headquarters office (Rockville, MD).

Essential Functions:

  • Establish and maintain a highly positive relationship with clients, partners, team members, and internal departments.
  • Process required program implementations such as banners, landing pages, trade tools and call tracking.
  • Address OEM program compliance cases lists.
  • Perform website audits for consistency of required pages/assets/redirects/etc.
  • Maintain OEM program knowledge base materials for internal documentation.
  • Communicate with agency partners on scheduled conference calls and through email.
  • Perform CMS training for OEM partner representatives.

Required Skills/Experience:

  • High school graduate with 1+ year(s) in technology customer service-related field.
  • Solid attention to detail, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to balance demands and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Dependable, follows instructions and takes initiative to solve problems.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience with managing projects, time management and multi-tasking.
